This story begins in my childhood in a humble family in Sao Paulo.

Curiosity always led me to understand how everything that I saw really worked so, from an early age, I have always been responsible for repairs on everything that was not working well at home or in the neighbors house.

This provided a great opportunity to "kill my curiosity," learn new things and apply ways to repair often unconventional. This led me to look for personal and professional challenges and, without realizing it, my need for formal knowledge also follow the same path and, if there is anything that is not working well indeed, we can make it work better.

During my stay in North America, a great friend ended up nicknaming me "The Fixer" because I always found a way to improve results acting in the causes of malfunctions.

The idea of founding Buarque & Passerine meets this personal feature, which was the cornerstone in the definition of our processes and products.

As a manager in multinational companies such feature has always been highly valued and certainly could turn into a business opportunity now, as a consultant.

For us there is no right way to do the wrong thing.
